(1) | Represents common units withheld to pay taxes upon vesting of Restricted Common Units. On March 31, 2013, the Reporting Person vested in 500 Restricted Phantom Units granted on March 31, 2009 under the Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") of TransMontaigne Services Inc. for his service as an independent director on the date of such grant. Under the Plan, Restricted Phantom Units vest in four annual installments. |
