At a meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Asbury Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) on July 25, 2007, the Board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share payable on August 20, 2007 to shareholders of record as of August 6, 2007.
On July 26, 2007, the Company issued a press release announcing such dividend payment, a copy of which is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated by reference herein.
