Other Events

On April 29, 2010, Brian M. Levitt provided notice to Domtar Corporation (the Company) that he has resigned effective immediately as a member of the Company’s Human Resources Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Levitt will continue to serve as a director of the Company.
