Press Release
On February 25, 2015, TransAtlantic Petroleum Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing preliminary reserves results for the year ended December 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

On February 25, 2015, the Company posted an investor presentation on the Company’s year-end 2014 reserves to its website www.transatlanticpetroleum.com. A copy of the investor presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
