On 25 September 2007, Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. announced that M. Scott Crocco will be named Vice President and Corporate Controller, effective 1 October 2007. With this appointment, he becomes the principal accounting officer for the company.

Mr. Crocco, 43, joined Air Products in 1990. In 2001 he was named Controller of the electronics division and in 2003 he became director of Corporate Decision Support. He has held the position of Corporate Controller since November 2006 with responsibility for Global Accounting and Transaction Services and Corporate Decison Support.
