Item 8.01. Other Events.
Angel Ilagan, Chief Marketing Officer of Vera Bradley, Inc. (the “Company”) will be leaving the Company effective April 17, 2015. The Company has begun a search for a new Chief Marketing Officer. In the interim, Stephanie Scheele, Vice President of Marketing, will oversee the marketing area.
Mr. Ilagan will receive a severance package in accordance with the Vera Bradley, Inc. Severance Plan and the terms of his offer letter.
