Change of Duties of Named Executive Officer
 
On April 15, 2019, the Human Resources and Marketing responsibilities of Barry Cohen, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, were assigned to other employees. Mr. Cohen retains responsibility for Strategy and for our Academic Programs.
