On February 2, 2010, Donaldson Company, Inc. (“Donaldson”) announced the appointment of Ajita G. Rajendra to its Board of Directors, effective March 26, 2010. Mr. Rajendra, 58, is Executive Vice President of Milwaukee, Wisconsin-based A.O. Smith Corporation and President of their A.O. Smith Water Products Company. The addition of Rajendra was approved by the Board of Directors on January 29, 2010, and increases the number of Directors to eleven. Mr. Rajendra will not serve on a Committee of the Board at this time.
