Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure. The Company today issued a press release that announced record events at California and Richmond, updated guidance for Fiscal 2003 Second Quarter and full year, and reviewed plans for the possible reconfiguration of the track at Homestead-Miami Speedway, including a possible charge for removal of assets not yet fully depreciated in connection with the reconfiguration.
