Explanatory Note
This Amendment No.1 to the Annual Report on Form 10-K (this “Amendment”) of Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. amends the registrant’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2010 that was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 25, 2011 (the “Original 10-K”). This Amendment does not reflect a change in the results of operations of the registrant or in any information in the Original 10-K other than the Index to Exhibits, which was incorporated by reference in Item 15(a)(3) of the Original 10-K. This Amendment does not reflect events occurring after the filing of the Original 10-K or modify or update the disclosure contained therein in any way other than as required to reflect the amendment discussed above.
