Fire: A Real Threat to Every Home
Fire remains one of the most dangerous safety threats for households worldwide. That’s why fire protection agencies globally continue to invest significant time, resources, and funding into developing more effective home fire prevention solutions and raising public awareness.
Since the founding of Ariza, our CEO Mr. Victor has upheld one core belief: to provide every user with high-quality smoke detectors. This principle guides our entire R&D and production process—and it’s also written into our brand mission.
We believe that through continuous effort and innovation, Ariza can help create a safer and more secure living environment for every home.
Quality Starts from the Design Stage
Before designing our very first smoke detector, Ariza engineers conducted in-depth research based on extensive user feedback. Our goal was to understand the real-world challenges users face with smoke detectors daily.
As a result, we developed a smoke detector equipped with dual-emitter infrared technology and a customized chip-level algorithm, specifically engineered to enhance detection sensitivity while significantly reducing false alarms.
1.Compared to traditional single-emitter IR detectors, our model uses dual IR emitters and an innovatively designed labyrinth optical chamber. This setup allows infrared beams to penetrate and reflect smoke particles from multiple angles, transmitting signals to the receiver more quickly and accurately. The result is 70 percent higher detection reliability and much fewer false alarms triggered by steam or dust.
2.The device features a multi-layer protective design, including electromagnetic interference shielding, a metal insect-proof mesh, and a 94V-0 fire-resistant housing. This ensures both detection sensitivity and long-term durability in real-world environments.
3.In high-humidity areas like kitchens, our optimized algorithm distinguishes between steam and actual smoke, dramatically reducing false alarm rates caused by environmental interference.
Every design choice reflects our original purpose: to provide a stable, reliable smoke detector that truly solves users’ real needs.
Smart Detection, Smarter Decision-Making
Whether you’re a homeowner or a fire safety professional, false alarms are more than just frustrating—they weaken trust in fire detection systems. That’s why minimizing false alarms has always been one of Ariza’s core R&D priorities.
To achieve this, we collect and analyze a large volume of environmental test data, which is integrated into the microcontroller unit (MCU) of each smoke detector.
Our smart detection algorithm continuously analyzes smoke concentration patterns in real time, allowing the system to make precise decisions:
1. Light smoke, such as incense or mild cooking fumes, is automatically filtered out.
2. Only consistent smoke patterns that match real fire behavior will trigger the alarm.
This intelligent process allows users to rely on our smoke alarms without the annoyance of unnecessary alerts—while still receiving fast, life-saving warnings when it truly matters.
Strict Testing: Every Unit Must Pass
Before leaving the factory, every smoke detector must undergo a rigorous, multi-stage testing process. These are not just routine checks—they simulate real-world usage to ensure reliable performance under real conditions.
Here’s how we test every unit:
PCBA Function Test
Validates the logic system and sensor circuits to ensure accurate core smoke detection.
24-Hour Aging Test
Simulates continuous operation to verify long-term performance. This also tests battery reliability, ensuring every product functions properly straight out of the box and continues to operate for years.
Smoke Chamber Test
Using our in-house smoke tunnel equipment, we simulate real smoke environments. This ensures sensors respond only to calibrated fire-related particles, not to harmless steam or dust.
Sound Level Test
Verifies that each alarm meets the minimum required volume, 85 dB at 3 meters, loud enough to alert people even in noisy or sleeping environments.
High or Low Temperature and Drop Test
Tests performance in extreme temperatures, up to 52 degrees Celsius, and physical impacts—because we know the real world is not always ideal, and accidents happen.
Each of these tests reflects our promise:When it matters most, your smoke detector will respond quickly, loudly, and reliably.
Built for Europe: EN14604 Certified
In the European market, all residential smoke detectors are required to comply with the EN14604 standard—an essential benchmark to ensure reliable, real-life performance.
This standard covers a wide range of stringent technical and performance requirements:
Smoke Sensitivity and Response Time
The detector must quickly respond to smoldering fire particles while minimizing false alarms from non-fire sources.
Sound Pressure Level
Must emit at least 85 dB at 3 meters to alert occupants even in large or noisy environments.
Temperature Resistance
Must remain functional within a wide temperature range, typically minus 10 to plus 55 degrees Celsius.
Alarm Duration and Reset Behavior
Alarms must sound continuously during detection and reset correctly once smoke is cleared.
Fault Indication and Battery Status Alerts
Devices must provide visual or audible alerts for low battery, sensor faults, or malfunctions.
Product Markings and User Instructions
Certified products must include CE marking, date of manufacture, and multilingual user instructions tailored for the local market.
Tailored Compliance for B2B Buyers
For B2B clients and smart home integrators, we offer fully customizable solutions to meet regional compliance and technical needs.
1. Need your OEM smoke detector adjusted to meet local compliance standards or project certifications
2. Looking to integrate your system with Zigbee, WiFi, RF433/868 or other smart home protocols
3. Require stable, long-term supply and technical documentation for system integration
Our engineering and QA teams work closely with you to customize performance parameters, enclosure design, and electronic configurations, all while maintaining strict factory-grade testing and quality control.
Conclusion: Every Alarm Is a Promise of Protection
False alarms break trust. Poor quality puts lives at risk.
At Ariza, we understand the responsibility behind every smoke detector that carries our name.
From smart design to certification-level testing, we ensure that every product we deliver is truly worthy of being installed in your home or in your customer’s.
