Peter B. Cotton is a retired medical professor and award-winning children’s author who now calls Dewees Island, South Carolina, home. Originally from England, Peter created Fred the Snake as a bedtime story for his children, which later evolved into a beloved nine-book series filled with fun, rhyme, and adventure.
