OBJE Signs Global Strategic Profit Alliance with Licensed Chinese International Distributor

Obscene Jeans Corp. (OTCQB:OBJE) widened its fledgling worldwide distribution network by two continents today by announcing a new global strategic profit alliance with Chinese government-licensed importer/exporter Beijing Beautyfresh International Trade Co. (Beautyfresh).

Beautyfresh is one of a limited number of Chinese import/export entities authorized by the Chinese government to service and distribute American and European products there. The company is best known in China for its line of all-natural luxury soaps made using Greek olive oil and other beauty products. According to the strategic profit alliance agreement, Beautyfresh will become the sole distributor of OBJE-branded products in China under Beautyfresh’s valid import license. Beautyfresh will also use its export experience and business contacts to market and distribute OBJE’s forthcoming cosmetic, fashion and beauty products in Greece.

“Beautyfresh holds a very valuable license to import Western goods into China, and they do business everywhere, from Kuwait to Brazil,” said OBJE President and CEO Robert Federowicz. “Our new strategic profit alliance will be the foundation of a global distribution network built to carry our brand to emerging and established fashion markets the world over.”

Federowicz and designer Rachel Stark-Capelli are currently focused on production of Obscene Jeans’ debut fall fashion line, but the company’s plans don’t end with denim. Thanks in part to Beautyfresh’s expertise in marketing beauty and lifestyle products, the Obscene brand could soon grow to include casual apparel, organic fragrances and rejuvenating cosmetics, as well.

“We are working to expand our brand around the world as aggressively as possible,” Federowicz said. “Our aim is to evolve from a chic fashion label into an international lifestyle brand, and we feel our new alliance with Beautyfresh will help us to achieve that goal.”

OBJE produces eye-popping denim fashions for the world’s sexiest women. The company competes in the fashion sector alongside True Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRLG), V.F. Corporation (NYSE: VFC), Maidenform Brands, Inc. (NYSE: MFB) and LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton (Other OTC: LVMUY).
