OBJE Signs With Shine Media PR Agency

Obscene Jeans Corp. (OTCQB: OBJE) today announced its selection of Manhattan-based Shine Media Corp. to provide product editorial placement, marketing and consultancy for the company’s debut line of denim fashions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Shine Media will perform public relations and professional services for Obscene Jeans that include meeting with editors and stylists regarding potential editorials and celebrity placement of OBJE’s debut line and provide selection samples. The PR firm will also help organize Obscene Jeans trunk shows and fashion shows to publicize the brand.

“Shine Media is a major player in the fashion world, and we’re thrilled to have them on our team for the release of Obscene Jeans’ debut line,” said OBJE President and CEO Robert Federowicz. “We’re confident that their services will prove essential to launching Obscene Jeans as a worldwide lifestyle brand.”

Last week, OBJE celebrated the success of its initial photo and video shoots of its new denim line designed by Rachel Stark-Capelli. Soon-to-be-published images from both shoots promise to tantalize fashion trendsetters, but OBJE’s new designs won’t be available for sale until the Fall. Until then, OBJE will continue to build its fledgling global distribution network with plans to take Obscene Jeans international. Earlier this month, the company announced the formation of a new global strategic profit alliance with Chinese government-licensed importer/exporter Beijing Beautyfresh International Trade Co. (Beautyfresh). Beautyfresh will be the sole distributor of OBJE-branded products in China under Beautyfresh’s valid import license and will use its export experience and business contacts to market and distribute OBJE’s forthcoming cosmetic, fashion and beauty products in Greece.

“First impressions count for a lot, so naturally we’re working diligently to organize images from our first photo shoot into an attractive and professional presentation,” Federowicz said. “We’re very much looking forward to showing off Rachel's innovative designs to the public."

OBJE produces eye-popping denim fashions for the world’s sexiest women. The company competes in the fashion sector alongside True Religion Apparel, Inc. (Nasdaq:TRLG), Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE), V.F. Corporation (NYSE: VFC) and Deckers Outdoor Corp. (Nasdaq: DECK).
