Obscene Jeans Corp. (OTCQB:OBJE) announced today that the company will showcase its luxurious new denim collection next month in the Young Contemporary section of WWDMAGIC, the world’s largest fashion trade event.

WWDMAGIC’s Young Contemporary group will offer Obscene Jeans a central location among more than 1,300 exhibiting brands at the fashion industry’s premiere American showcase. Although OBJE’s debut collection was approved for inclusion in WWDMAGIC White, the show’s juried selection of top “better-to-bridge” brands in the dress, outerwear, accessories, sportswear, contemporary and European art-to-wear markets, company VP Rachel Stark-Cappelli concluded that Young Contemporary would provide a better aesthetic fit for Obscene Jeans.

“WWDMAGIC White will be showcasing some of the most elegant women’s wear brands from around the world, and it was an honor to be selected for inclusion,” Stark-Cappelli said. “However, Obscene Jeans’ new collection mixes a healthy dose of edginess in with the elegance, and the line is better suited to a younger, more daring demographic. WWDMAGIC’s Young Contemporary collection remains the largest display of brands in the U.S., featuring hundreds of labels including Desigual, Free People, B.B. Dakota, Amour Vert, TFNC, Alexis, Costa Blanca and Hurley. The massive trade show will expose Obscene Jeans’ debut designs to hundreds of buyers and retailers from around the globe.
