Each company required an employee survey response rate of at least 35 percent for Atlanta-based employees.
Employees were asked to complete a confidential survey on a variety of workplace satisfaction issues, and those results were benchmarked against the responses of all participating companies. They were asked to assess, from their perspective, Innovative Architects’ organizational health - its direction, their connection to the company, and the company's ability to execute. Employees were also asked to assess their jobs.
