In trading on Thursday, the iShares PHLX Semiconductor ETF (SOXX) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 0.5% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of ON Semiconductor (ON), up about 3.7% and shares of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (TSM), up about 3.6% on the day.
