Carl Icahn discloses 6.9 percent stake in Newell Brands

(Reuters) - Activist investor Carl Icahn on Friday disclosed a 6.86 percent stake in Sharpie maker Newell Brands Inc and said he would talk to the company about possible representation on its board of directors.
