EnSync cuts more than half its employees, but option to close business still looms

The company has a joint venture in China and an energy development subsidiary in Hawaii. As of last summer, it employed 64 people throughout offices in Menomonee Falls, Madison, Petaluma, California, Honolulu and AnHui, China.
