Oakland's 1100 Broadway office tower ‘tops off’ as it heads toward 2020 completion

Construction for the 18-story office building at 1100 Broadway reached a key milestone Thursday. The downtown Oakland space will be the future home of offices for the University of California Office of the President and, potentially, Credit Karma.
