Beyond a raise, this is what the majority of American workers want to be happier at work

Surprisingly, only 41 percent of respondents polled for the first quarterly CNBC/Survey Monkey Workplace Happiness Index say that a higher salary is the one change that would most improve their job satisfaction. The majority chose from other, non-monetary job benefits.
