Baker: Visitors from other Northeast states don't have to self-quarantine

As the Fourth of July holiday weekend draws near, Massachusetts Gov. Charlie Baker instructed out-of-state travelers to self-quarantine for 14 days, with the exception of seven Northeastern states.
