A St. Louis bank CEO's advice for local bars, restaurants facing limits on hours and capacity

Orv Kimbrough, chairman and CEO of Midwest BankCentre, told a national CNBC small business conference that St. Louis bar and restaurant owners facing renewed limits on hours and capacity need to be able to move quickly and find other sources of capital, if necessary to survive.
