There's a 'real danger' of China developing separate systems from the rest of the world, expert says

The cost of a U.S.-China "decoupling" would be high, but that doesn't mean Beijing won't choose to create systems that are "mutually exclusive" from the rest of the world, said Robert Daly of the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States.
