I took the afternoon off yesterday to play golf with my friend Doug at Scottsdale National.
I’ve mentioned the course before, but it is the brainchild of GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons. Bob loves golf and also founded the golf club company PXG.
If you ever get the chance to play at Scottsdale National, drop. everything and GO.
We played the original course and the 15th hole, a par 5, has a famous bunker behind the green. I think Bob calls the bunker ‘I’m a billioniare and you are not…so eat sand‘.
I fortunately played three good shots to 10 feet and made the putt for my only birdie of the day.
I dropped a ball down in the bunker and took the photo opportunity…
I could not get it out.
