Black passenger arrested in viral TikTok after not showing ID had active warrants, police say

A viral TikTok showing a Black man being aggressively pulled out of the passenger seat after refusing to show his ID forced police in Maryland to respond Saturday, arguing the man had warrants out for his arrest, and after he repeatedly refused to step out of the vehicle on his own, officers took necessary action.
