Judge opens path for removal of Richmond’s Robert E. Lee statue

A Virginia judge ruled Tuesday that Gov. Ralph Northam’s order to remove a statue of Confederate Gen. Robert E. Lee can be enforced – but he also barred the governor from taking action pending an appeal.
