With a decade of experience in the human capital management and global payroll industry, Tomá Hanták brings tremendous expertise to the company after occupying several high-level positions, including GlobalView Senior Manager at ADP Prague, Czech Republic. Tomá is a BBA graduate of the Universität Wien (University of Vienna, Austria) and holds an MBA degree from Prague's University of Economics.
In his new role with Mercans, Tomá will be responsible for overseeing the company's critical global operations activity, including the development of multi-country payroll outsourcing operations across the globe, the deployment of the company's new international PEO GEO operational strategies, and the expansion of its direct in-country presence, to ensure the highest level of reliable customer service. Tomá previously held several positions at ADP, and his most recent role was GV Senior Manager. He handled the DACH organization of 60+ associates & 50+ client accounts. He also led organizational transformation by introducing automation BPI projects initiatives & processes and pushed for the optimization of cross-cluster and cross-department cooperation to achieve better client experiences. During his years at ADP, Tomá was praised for his leadership, organizational capabilities, and communications skills - He is fluent in five languages.
