Georgia's military voters seen as pivotal bloc in runoffs that will decide Senate control

Given that neither of Georgia’s Republican senators elicited a majority of more than 50% of votes on Election Day, runoffs have been scheduled in which Democrats are fighting fiercely to replace Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue.
