Commencing operations over 25 years ago, Linked to Life was established with the aim of enabling frail and older people to continue living independently within their own homes.
To help make this happen, they provide a range of personalised and flexible home care packages divided into 4 levels of support.
These packages include the following services – individual help with daily housekeeping tasks, domestic assistance, shopping, bill paying and banking, computer help and the internet, assisted transport to medical and other appointments, as well as therapy and respite.

Recognising that older people can experience a sense of isolation, Linked to Life also offers companionship and connection through their volunteer service, by providing home visits for a friendly chat, the sharing of a hobby or interest, and company on individual or group outings.
Working alongside their team of professional staff, the volunteers are an invaluable resource and they play a vital role in the organisation. As such, Linked to Life is always open to welcoming new volunteers who wish to take part in this rewarding activity.
Linked to Life is a not for profit, Government-approved home care package provider, funded by Department of Social Services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Once each person has been assessed and found to be eligible to receive support, their friendly team will visit you in your own home and assist you in developing a personalised care package customised to your needs.
