Duke Covert, luminary in the Central Texas automotive business, dies at 74

A native Austinite, Duke Covert is remembered as someone with great pride in his hometown. An online obituary noted that he "loved Austin so much that he rarely left Travis County other than to fulfill his lifelong passions of hunting and fishing," traveling to his ranch near Llano, called El Sueño.
