Austin's BuildGroup creates SPAC to find promising tech company to take public

SPACs are all on the rage on Wall Street. The latest Austin company to join the fray is BuildGroup, an investment firm founded by Rackspace veterans Lanham Napier, Jim Curry and Klee Kleber.
