Obama Homeland Sec. says end of Title 42 border policy 'big news' in Central America, 'amplified by smugglers'

Jeh Johnson said Thursday on "Morning Joe" that smugglers are amplifying the "big" Title 42 news and he would have argued for ending the provision in July.
