Yesterday Bobby Julich led our group of 12 on a 55 mile tough ride around South Carolina hills and mountains. Strava has the details:

It’s fun watching a pro do anything and riding no different. It was also great to hear his cycling stories from his days on The Tour De France circuit. He came in 3rd in the race in 1998.
As we all know now, the technology and nutrition has changed so much over the last 10 years for pros and that technology is being perfected for everyday fitness fanatics and anyone with an interest in better nutrition and the data.
I’ve seen a lot of my friends (without diabetes and especially in tech) use Dexcom and Bobby is working with Supersapiens for a product that is similar and targeted at athletes.
