J&E Accounting & Tax Services merges with Henry Kulik CPA, forming a new combined firm called Wasilidas & Kulik, CPA, PC.

J&E Accounting & Tax Services is excited to announce its recent merger with another CPA firm, Henry Kulik CPA. The newly combined firm will be called Wasilidas & Kulik, CPA, PC, and will continue to serve existing clients while extending its client base across MA and beyond. Together, their aim is to provide a service that is better and more comprehensive than ever.
With the recent growth of J&E Accounting & Tax Services’ client base, the merger will allow the company to maintain its goal of providing professional accounting services to its clients without lowering the quality of its services. It will provide additional staff and services to existing J&E Accounting & Tax Services clients while maintaining their high standards for professional customer service.
The merger will allow both companies to cover their individual specialities. Ash Wasilidas, CPA, will bring his expertise on business bookkeeping, business clients, dental practices, audit reviews, and compilations with meticulous care. Henry Kulik, CPA, will provide expertise on individual taxes. The increased number of CPAs and EAs will allow the firm to take on more clients in and around the Massachusetts area and accommodate more comprehensive and complex tax and audit cases from Internal Revenue Service Collections to Internal Revenue Service examinations and audits.
The combined firm will be able to offer more services including Audited Financial Statements, Non-Profit Tax and Accounting Services, Enhanced Bookkeeping Services, and Mergers & Acquisitions. The firm will also be able to provide Segment Specialty Tax and Accounting Services, such as helping healthcare professionals with practice management, bookkeeping, accounting, tax planning, and more.
Ashraf Wasilidas, CPA founded his firm, J&E Accounting & Tax Services, in 2012 and has won multiple 'Best of Framingham' awards, proving to be the Best CPA and Tax Service Provider in MA for several years. His sister service, Ash Dental CPA, has similarly been providing award-winning specialist Dental CPA services to Dental Offices across the New England area.
