Tribal water infrastructure needs more than a one-time fix, senators told

The water director at the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, told senators that federal money for infrastructure projects on tribal lands is welcome, but he said tribes need to make sure they have funding for operation and maintenance of the systems to keep them going.
