On November 12, 2007, Tyson Foods, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its unaudited results of operations for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 29, 2007. Also on November 12, 2007, the Company held a conference call to discuss its earnings for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 29, 2007.
