As previously announced, on September 29, 2004 AmNet Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) began trading its shares of common stock on the Nasdaq National Market System. The Company’s shares of common stock were previously traded on the American Stock Exchange. Please see the attached Press Release dated September 27, 2004.
