KFN Management Agreement KFN is currently managed by KKR under a management agreement that entitles KKR to: A 175 bps per annum management fee on KFN’s adjusted equity 25% of KFN’s earnings above an 8% hurdle (no catch-up)(1) An expense reimbursement for G&A expenses incurred by KKR on behalf of KFN The earnings currently associated with the KFN management fee would be reclassified as investment income post-transaction.
