Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 2, 2018, the Company issued a press release announcing that it received a Refusal to File letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regarding its New Drug Application (NDA) for ALKS 5461. A copy of such press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference in this Item 7.01. Exhibit 99.1 contains hypertext links to information on the Companys website and other parties websites.
