Commencement of Compensatory Arrangement with Named Executive Officer

 

On July 24, 2014 the Company entered into an arrangement with Stephen P. Lynch, a named executive officer, under which the Company would provide Mr. Lynch the use of an apartment leased by the Company’s subsidiary, PAR Government Systems Corporation, valued at $18,000 per year.
