On September 20, 2016, CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR, CORRPrA) (“CorEnergy” or the “Company”) announced that it has filed a Pinedale Corridor L.P.'s Motion to Dismiss Debtor Ultra Wyoming LGS LLC's Bankruptcy Case or Alternatively, to Appoint A Trustee or Examiner and its Memorandum in Support thereof with the bankruptcy court handling the Ultra Petroleum bankruptcies.
Dave Schulte, Chief Executive Officer of CorEnergy, noted “The filing we made today is simply intended to protect the interests of our stockholders. All payments due under our lease to date have been timely made. The deadline for the tenant of the Pinedale Liquids Gathering System to assume our lease is November 28th. We will not be commenting further on this matter at this time.”
