Appointment of Principal Officers.
On
March
28, 2007, Wenchen “Wayne” Lin became a member of the Board of Directors of the
Company to replace Alice Campbell’s seat. Mr. Lin is President of A Plus
International, Inc., a major supplier to the Company’s primary subsidiary
SurgiCount Medical, Inc. (“SurgiCount”). Mr. Lin holds an MBA from Ohio State
University and a Master’s degree in Computer Science, also from Ohio State
University.
