Effective Tuesday, August 28, 2007, Peter T. Kissinger, Ph.D., Director, Chairman of the Board and Chief Scientific Officer, and Candice B. Kissinger, Director, Senior Vice President, Director of Research and Secretary, each departed from their positions as executive officers of Bioanalytical Systems, Inc. (the "Company"). Dr. and Mrs. Kissinger have not resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company. The Company is currently negotiating the terms of a severance arrangement for Dr. and Mrs. Kissinger.
