Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
 
On November 9, 2010, Micromet, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
