Other Events

On April 13, 2009, Satyam Computer Services Limited (“Satyam”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors (“Board”) has selected Venturbay Consultants Private Limited, a subsidiary controlled by Tech Mahindra Limited, as the highest bidder to acquire a controlling stake in Satyam, subject to the approval of the Hon’ble Company Law Board. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On April 13, 2009, Satyam issued another press release announcing that its Board held a brief press conference relating to the bid process and Satyam. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated herein by reference.
