Regulation FD Disclosure" of Form 8-K.
On October 26, 2004, Kimco Realty Corporation issued a press release
announcing its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended September
30, 2004. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this
report.
