On May 3, 2007, BJ's Restaurants, Inc., a California corporation (the
"Registrant"), issued a press release titled, "BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Opens in
Palmdale, California With Very Strong Initial Sales." The press release issued
by the Registrant in connection with the announcement is attached to this report
