On Feb. 10, 2009, Jack in the Box Inc. issued a press release announcing that it will report first quarter 2009 operating results after market close on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009, and that the company will host a conference call to review the results on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009 beginning at 8:30 a.m. PST. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
