On June 10, 2015, Dollar General Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Greg Sparks, Executive Vice President, Store Operations, has ceased employment with the Company effective June 9, 2015. In addition, on the same date, the Company announced that Jeff Owen will replace Mr. Sparks as Executive Vice President, Store Operations, effective June 15, 2015. Mr. Owen previously served in various roles at the Company, most recently as Senior Vice President, Store Operations from August 2011 until July 2014. The related press release is attached as Exhibit 99 hereto.
